Policies and Procedures
Understandably, sometimes unexpected events occur in our lives. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, as it is not always possible to fill that time with less notice. Cancellation or rescheduling must be done by call or text. If you are unable to give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be emailed an invoice to pay for the appointment as soon as possible.
Late and No-Show Policy
If you will not be on time to your session, please call or text me right away. Due to other appointments, it may not be possible to extend the session beyond the originally scheduled time. You will still be responsible for the full session price, and depending on your arrival time, it may be determined that the session is considered cancelled. Failure to arrive for your appointment or notify me of your absence will also be billed the full session price.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates have no expiration date, however you are encouraged to redeem them within 6 months of the purchase date. If a gift certificate is purchased during a sale promotion, after 6 months the certificate is valid for the purchase price only, and the client is responsible for paying the difference. If a client schedules an appointment with plans of paying with a gift certificate, they should notify the massage therapist when the appointment is scheduled. If an appointment is scheduled for a gift certificate, and is missed or “no-showed”, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and is no longer a valid source of payment.
I value and respect your time commitment, and anticipate that you will do the same. Please arrive on time for your appointment, in order to discuss your goals for the session and give you the complete time scheduled. Drink plenty of water in the 24-48 hours prior to your session, and allow yourself the time after your session to rest and continue to hydrate. I promise to dedicate my full attention and energy to you during your session, please do the same for yourself, as self-care is more than just getting a massage, it’s a part of your daily routine.
