Cancellation Policy

 

Understandably, sometimes unexpected events occur in our lives, and I do my best to work with you on these issues when something comes up. Conversely, I am making a commitment to you as a client and my time is equally valuable as yours. Both myself as the practitioner and you as the client shall be focused on your care during your scheduled time. Appointments are prepaid only. Cancellations less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment will not be refunded, barring serious emergencies. Unfortunately I am not able to refund every case of cancellation due to illness, therefore I must hold the boundary of 48 hr notice regardless of reason. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to our time together!

 

Packages and Peer Support

 

All packages of doula care, CFT or massage are non-transferable. Family in-home CFT can include different family members at different sessions, but they must all be at the scheduled location. Peer nursing support is not a replacement for medical advice or a lactation consultant. I will refer you to other professionals if you need their help as well, and recommend other resources as needed. Holistic healing journeys are complex and many different types of body, mind, and spiritual work may be involved. I highly recommend a multi-faceted approach to self-care.
